The Associate Bootcamp is Weber Gallagher’s firm‑wide, in‑person professional development program designed to give associates the practical skills, business insight, and mentorship support they need to advance in their careers. Held over two days, the Bootcamp brings together associates from all offices for concentrated training and networking.

What is the Associate Bootcamp and what can I expect?
The Associate Bootcamp is Weber Gallagher’s firm‑wide, in‑person professional development program designed to give associates the practical skills, business insight, and mentorship support they need to advance in their careers. Held over two days, the Bootcamp brings together associates from all offices for concentrated training, networking, and meaningful interaction with firm leadership.
Will transportation be provided to the Hyatt Regency?
For associates in Miami, we will be in contact to schedule flights and transportation to the hotel. All others are expected to plan their own transportation to the Hyatt. If you have further questions about travel accommodations, please contact Kristin Fox at kfox@wglaw.com.
What time is check-in at the Hyatt Regency?
Check-in is at 3 p.m. Digital check-in and digital keys are available through the Hyatt app.
Is there public transportation near the hotel?
There is a New Jersey Transit station two blocks from the hotel and trains run from Penn Station to the New Brunswick stop. Amtrak is also available from Philadelphia and the trip takes around 50 minutes.
Will dietary needs and restrictions be addressed?
Yes, please contact Kristin Fox with any dietary restrictions as soon as possible so that we can accommodate your needs.

What time will the programming for the Associate Bootcamp start and end?
The event will kick off with a Welcome Dinner on Thursday, March 5 at 6 p.m. On Friday, breakfast will be held at 8 a.m., followed by programming ending around 2:30 - 3 p.m.
Will I be able to request an early check-in?
Early check-in at Hyatt Regency New Brunswick is subject to availability and may incur a fee. If you plan to arrive early and need a place to work, please contact Kristin Fox at kfox@wglaw.com.
What is the dress code for the Associate Bootcamp?
Plan for professional cocktail attire or business casual for Thursday evening’s dinner, and business casual for Friday’s events.
I am unable to attend the Associate Bootcamp. Will the sessions be recorded or livestreamed?
Due to the nature of the discussions, we are hoping to encourage open dialogue and will not be recording or livestreaming the sessions at the Associate Bootcamp. The materials from the event will be available afterwards, if you would like a copy.
Will the firm cover all my expenses during the event?
You do not have to pay for any of the activities and events hosted by the firm. However, the firm will not cover any expenses you plan to incur outside of the firm-hosted events, including purchases and activities.
Where is the Associate Bootcamp being held?
The event will be at the Hyatt Regency Hotel, 2 Albany Street, New Brunswick, NJ 08901. You can find directions here.

Am I responsible for booking my own hotel room?
No, we will take care of the booking and send information to your wglaw.com email address.
Where can I park at the hotel?
Valet parking is available, or there is also a self-park option.
What meals will be provided during the event?
There will be food at the reception on Thursday evening, followed by dinner. Breakfast and lunch will be provided on Friday, and coffee and water will be available during the sessions.
Am I able to bring my family and friends?
Family and friends are not invited to this event. This is a Weber Gallagher only event.
